As with all aspects of the business, the Directors of On-site are committed to ensuring their training division provides the highest level of support.
Our training division caters for all aspects of development from internal sales or IT training to external CSCS health & safety testing, giving both our directly employed staff and temporary operatives the ability to further improve their skills and in doing so improve their chances of reaching their full potential.
It is our belief that a company’s staff are their greatest asset and training these people adds value that will be returned many times over in increased return/production, greater motivation, stronger loyalty e.t.c.
