The Industrial division of On-Site has been modelled and developed on the already hugely successful Construction division
With quality and customer satisfaction being it’s main focuses, industrial has adopted all of the reference checking and quality procedures already proven within the organisation, including the thorough verification of a candidates eligibility to work.
Highly experienced and well respected contract managers have been specifically recruited to ensure the highest level of service delivery and a comprehensive understanding of our various clients’ needs.
Covering all aspects of traditional Industrial recruitment, i.e. manufacturing, factory work, plant operating, crop picking, warehouse, drivers, management e.t.c. we offer a consultative approach and work in partnership with our clients, giving advice on local pay rates and availability, potential skills shortages and changes in legislation.
In order to qualify a candidate’s skills, On-Site verify any relevant qualifications with their formal governing bodies and offer in house testing via our computer based testing package Aqumen, and various manual tests to cover numeracy, literacy, typing accuracy, IT knowledge, dexterity and coordination. This assists us with the accurate matching of candidates avoiding unnecessary timewasting through the replacement of and reintroduction of workers.
