- The site based office provides a conduit for workers seeking employment, allowing them to register onto a central database that can be accessed by the client at any time, safe in the knowledge that every individual added to the database has been reference checked, where possible any formal qualifications have been verified and eligibility to work confirmed.
- On-Site’s contracts manager will also have access to the company’s entire database of construction workers giving the best possible opportunity of finding candidates that exactly match the client’s specific requirement.
- Should the client stipulate that CSCS be required, On-Site will ensure that all operatives wishing to work on the project possess the relevant card.

- Operating an exclusive, site based service, allows the main contractor to have more control over the quality of operatives on the project, as well as giving sufficient buying power to have significant financial effect on the contract.
- The approval of one labour supplier on site would prevent workers from moving from one sub-contractor to another for marginally higher pay rates. It would also ensure that any workers that have been rejected by a company for poor reliability or workmanship do not simply move to another sub-contractor.
- The On-Site Contracts Manager supplied exclusively to the project, will be at the disposal of the Site Team in respect of providing information of labour availability, attending site meetings should it be required, visiting sub-contractors on the site at the request of the main contractor to ensure appropriate levels of manpower are maintained etc.
