Our computer based testing package, Aqumen allows us to test potential candidates skills on, various software packages, typing speed, accuracy, literacy and accuracy, ensuring we send appropriately skilled personnel to suit our clients’ needs.
As a division of On-Site all quality procedures involving the recruitment of personnel, reference checking, verification of any qualifications and eligibility to work have been adopted allowing us to eliminate many of the issues associated with the poor matching of candidates, such as reliability and appropriate skill sets.
