- Regular client liaison, by phone and site visits to ensure a minimum twice weekly contact.

- References are obtained on all candidates at the end of an assignment.
- In depth Service Appraisals are conducted at the end of an assignment when 5 or more. candidates have been supplied.

On-Site’s Stringent recruitment process guarantees:
- CSCS/CPCS/CISRS/ECS cards verified with relevant bodies via a direct line
- All vocational qualifications for operatives obtained where applicable
- Right to work checked and validated for all operatives in line with immigration procedures
- References obtained from companies within the industry sector (not agencies)
- All candidates fully briefed prior to commencing their contract
- All candidates supplied will have PPE and appropriate tools/equipment relevant to their trade or profession
- Non Conformance procedure to eradicate any possible process failures
