On-Site Recruitment Solutions is a private enterprise with the two owner Directors who founded the business continuing to be the major drivers in the organisation.
Darren Burnett, Director
A former professional sportsman, Darren has transferred many of his attributes to excel in recruitment. His drive to be the best and his ability to break down problems to find solutions have proved invaluable both in progressing his career and then going on to train his own staff.
In the twelve years that Darren has been providing recruitment solutions for his customers, he has developed working relationships based on trust and commitment that go far beyond every day requirements for labour.
Now as sales Director of the company incorporated by himself and Fred Dunaway in October 2003, he has become a consultant to his clients, assisting with the pricing of contracts, imparting his knowledge of geographical availability, rates, skill levels e.t.c.

Fred Dunaway, Director
Fred has spent the last twenty years in either hands on positions on Construction sites, or running Construction Recruitment companies, and has now assumed the role of Commercial Director of the business incorporated by himself and Darren Burnett in October 2003.
Having completed many start up projects for others, Fred has drawn from his experiences in the past to help build a Recruitment Company that understands it's clients and delivers it's promises.
Fred shares Darren's drive to build the company's reputation and client base solely on the quality of service they provide and believes that there is still a niche market in providing genuine manpower resourcing solutions for clients, at a price that is fair to both parties.
His strong commercial background allows the business to be highly entrepreneurial and On-Site now has many other facets to it's list of services (see company page).
