Associated Companies
In our drive to provide our clients with a comprehensive range of services, On-Site has formed an alliance with various contractors with a view to securing sub-contract packages on a price-work basis.
All companies are fully vetted in respect of references, appropriate insurances, commitment to health & Safety, adequate management and financial stability, prior to being accepted as an associated company and must convince us that they have the same ethics in terms of quality of work and customer satisfaction.
On-Site's reputation is on the line every time a package is secured and we are indirectly judged based upon the quality of the nominated sub-contractor's work, which is why we are extremely selective when granting approved status.
Historically, On-Site has been involved in pricework packages within the Mechanical & Electrical and Data sectors. However, we are currently in the process of establishing a direct working relationship with a number of construction sub-contractors known to us as clients over the past ten years.
This will be carried out with great care as we have standards to uphold and will need to satisfy ourselves that any new associations fit the criteria we set.
We are aware that many specialist areas exist within each trade or discipline and we therefore ensure that at least one associated company in each sector is sufficiently skilled to undertake work in each and every area.
This process has been tried and tested and we are able to provide interested parties with references bearing testament to it's success.
