Job Description: Our client has a vacancy for a Central Administrator for our site at Broad Oak Portsmouth
Key responsibilities of the role are as follows;
Coordination of Management Diaries and meeting schedules
* Collation of Leave requests
* Coordination of Expense and Petty cash submissions
* Coordination of meeting minutes and actions
* Assist in the collation and issuing of reports
* Coordination of central administration in support of management team
* Assist in smooth communication flows
* Ac hoc administration activities as directed by Performance Manager
* Build and manage customer relationships
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally A Level/ BTEC Business Qualification or Similar
* Ideally extensive administrative skills
* PA I Secretarial Experience
* Full driving license and a willingness to travel
* Ideally Construction or FM background
* Desire to complete further training
* BAEI MOD clearance will be required
Benefits:
Salary circa £22000
