Job Description: Principal Accountabilities:
Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HaSaWa). Carry out risk assessments in conjunction with the team and ensure risks are minimised and reported accordingly
To carry out and ensure PPM is completed with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems
To carry out additional work / projects as required by line management
To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests. To develop opportunities with customers to provide technical solutions to engineering problems
To provide attendance to visiting specialist service providers associated with the PPM schedules
To respond to callouts and cover breakdowns and emergencies as required by the contract. The role will require ad hoc overtime
working where workload dictates and the call out arrangement need monitoring and reacting to as and when required
Carry out any reasonable request from the management team
Qualifications and Experience:
� Confidence and commitment to providing a high quality professional service
� Good written and verbal communication skills
� Effective problem solving skills
� Good customer relationship skills
� Willingness and ability to work as a team member
� Daily conscious reliability to perform tasks that require physical fitness
Qualifications and Experience:
� Knowledge of safe working systems
. Mechancial Biased
� Good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills
� Appropriate Trade qualifications
� Training to include appropriate areas in EMCOR remit, this includes confined spaces, water management and electrical
