Job Description: Our client is currently recruiting for a multi-skilled Engineer with Plumbing, Gas and Electrical experience to cover the Hull and Yorkshire area.
As a plumbing, gas and electrical engineer you will provide technical leadership on multiple FM systems that bridge a number of skill or technology areas, including giving advice and guidance to other technicians.

Working in partnership with some of the biggest names in the UK, we deliver a 'one-stop-shop' for a wide range of business outsourcing services.
Our client's Building Services Maintenance group helps you to keep your business running, with 24/7, 365, preventative and corrective maintenance. This service covers; power, lighting and emergency lighting, heating, air-conditioning, fire alarms, ventilation and water systems.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
*Undertake Risk assessments and identify and agree safe systems of work.
*Monitor engineers and subcontractors to ensure all health and safety requirements are fully met.
*Maintenance of complex mechanical and electrical systems e.g. BEM's, Multi and Group Control lifts
*Expert fault finding, including provision of technical leadership and providing advice and guidance to others across all systems.
*Design and Manager the installation of small installation projects including electrical and mechanical.
*Manage the delivery of Corrective and Planned Maintenance to meet the performance measures detailed in the contract.
*Coordinate and manage subcontractors necessary to deliver the requirements of the contract.
*Liaise with customers' representatives on a day to day basis to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
*Analyse and understand complex technical issues
*Check and ensure all appropriate and approved paperwork is completed.
*Supply knowledge in a range of technical situations, making personal judgments on how to undertake work to achieve quality, cost and time objectives.
*Expert fault finding, including provision of technical knowledge across all systems
Technical Competencies
*Extensive experience and knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems
*Able to use a jet wash and tanker
*You must be a Gas Safe registered Gas engineer /plumber
*Commercial and Catering gas qualification / certification would be advantageous
*17th edition qualification desirable
*Full Driving License is required, as this vacancy will involve travel within a specified area for which a van will be provided.
