Job Description: We are looking for a Receptionist to work on a busy site in Reading.
Main duties:
*Receive all visitors in a professional manner.
*Ensure telephone is answered and that callers are dealt with in a professional, helpful manner.
*Carry out general reception duties ensuring that a high standard of customer care is adopted at all times.
*Receive deliveries and mail and log on the computer system.
*Order and maintain stationery stores on behalf of the client.
*Book meeting rooms, taxis and couriers as directed.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Excellent telephone manner
*Good communication skills
*Smart, presentable appearance
*Use of own initiative
*Personable, approachable and able to work as part of a team
*Reception experience
*Well organised with the ability to prioritise
*Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
