Job Description: A vacancy has arisen for a Site Technician to join our client site in London.
Purpose: To assist with all aspects of the deliverables required by the EMCOR contracts. This includes Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Works, Project Works in accordance with both client and EMCOR Facilities Services requirements. The requirement to communicate clearly with other personnel and the client as required is important.
Responsible To: Site Supervisor/ Contract Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
*Mechanical and or AC/ Refrigeration L8 Accreditation
*Experience of maintaining all types of Mechanical and Electrical systems
*Confidence and commitment to providing a high quality professional service
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Effective problem solving skills
*Willingness and ability to work as a team memberKnowledge of safe working systems
*Good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
