Job Description: As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for delivering a number of projects to successful financial conclusion whilst satisfying our four key Achieving the Best - Together objectives: Snag Free, On Time, A Safe Project and to the Clients' Satisfaction.
You will be actively involved in the project throughout its life cycle, from tender stage, through to preconstruction, design, delivery & handover.
Managing multiple project teams, you must be able to provide strong leadership coupled with acute commercial acumen.
Ideally, you will hold a HNC or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering, or similar. A demonstrable track record of successful project delivery is essential.
