Job Description: A vacancy has arisen for a Multi Skilled Technician to join our prestigious client site in South Kensington.
Purpose: To undertake reactive helpdesk calls and planned preventative maintenance work
Responsible To: Technical Supervisor
Location: South Kensington and Wandsworth Sites
Qualifications and Experience:
*Experienced within a similar role undertaking both mechanical and electrical building services tasks with a mechanical bias
*Ability to sustain effective relationships and responsive to Client needs
*Ability to plan and organise their work
*Reliability is important
*Flexible and willing to grow with the job
*Good general level of technical education
*Requires to be available to work out side normal working hours when requested
*Experience of AHUs is essential. Some experience of air compressors preferred
*Have some IT skills including BMS experience
*Take part in the emergency call out process
