Job Description: Purpose of Job:To search, locate and secure the services of candidates

Accountabilities:To be responsible to the Branch Manager and nominated consultants for securing suitable candidates for vacant positions.

Main Duties:Working with the Branch Manager, Consultants, Service Consultants and Administrators to:-

* Locate and secure candidates for positions

* Ensure jobs are filled and details are given to candidates

* Carry out required reference checking.

* Build and maintain a database of available candidates

* Keep the database up to date by checking all relevant information is updated on a daily basis

* Generate and complete all necessary paperwork for transmission to accounts and payroll for all starts and terminations.

* Put the individual on the booking browser for the correct consultant.

* Maximise the %margin when filling vacancies

* Ensure all candidates are processed to On-Site Recruitment procedures.

* Ad response forms are taken on a daily basis and completed correctly, also aiming to gain leads from potential candidates.
* Input Ad response and application forms when necessary

* Management of candidates database i.e. duplications

* Ensure relevant consultants are given leads from both ad response and referencing on a daily basis.
* Ensure individual work records are kept up to date including id and references.

* Confirm all procedures have been performed correctly before temp is placed to work.

* Check temps have arrived on site and also confirm this with client.

* Ensure non conformance reports are completed when appropriate.

* Obtain all relevant information prior to temp starting, including id or any qualifications.

* Keep On-site's daily requirements list up to date and confirm available jobs are placed on the list.
* Keep a daily record of figures for amount of staff out with onsite and confirm sickness or loose temps are added to the records.

* Once a position has been filled ensure the job sheet has been filed for the relevant consultant.
* Complete CCOs when required.

* Obtain candidate appraisals when finishing a contract for
On-Site. Placement of advertising in conjunction with the Branch Manager.

* To be polite and courteous to clients and others at all times.

* Other duties as from time to time advised.
