Job Description: Interviews will be arranged as soon as possible.
The candidate must be technically proficient and must go the extra mile; the Shepherds Market project requires a high level of commitment. The PM does not want anybody who watches the clock.
The candidate must have an identifiable track record with known contractors. The PM requires the candidate to have experience of:
*High quality AV installation
*Crestron control system
*VRF systems
*Acoustics relating to air systems
*Kitchen installation
The candidate is expected to be the main liaison between the Services Consultants and the Services Contractor for SRM. His duties will include:
*Site control
*Attendance at design meetings
*Chairing the SRM services meetings with the production of the necessary action minutes.
*Dealing with Health and Safety issues on site as a member of SRM's team.
*And any other task specified by the PM.
