Job Description: Candidates will need to have proven experience within a similar role, hands on experience of building services, good IT Skills, knowledge of Archibus CAFM system advantageous, excellent level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and organise.
Principal Accountabilities:
� Assist the ABS team in all aspects of management of the building and facilities.
� Facilitate the smooth running of the building, from answering telephones, to
minor handy person / porterage tasks.
� Administrate the display screen equipment procedure and carry out
assessments with users as required.
� Assist in desk moves and churn activities, including moving crates and furniture.
� Act as a team member in any restack projects.
� Assist in setting up meeting rooms and altering furniture lay out as required.
Qualifications and Experience
� Proven experience within a similar role
� Good IT skills
� Knowledge of Archibus CAFM system advantageous
� Excellent level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills
� Excellent communication skills
� Ability to sustain effective relationships
� Ability to plan and organise
� Drive and determination
� Valid, full driving licence
