Job Description: The role will be looking after a single client across multiple buildings in the West End with a contract value of up to £1M. We are flexible on the background of the candidate (technical / non technical) but candidates must have extensive account management experience within the FM industry. They should have an understanding of energy improvement and be comfortable to put forward improvements to the client. They should also have a strong customer focus and be able to bring in new business streams. P&L experience is desirable but not essential.
