Job Description: A large multinational Biulding Services business currently has an urgent requirement for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage large new build projects in Central London.
The successful candidate will have experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Projects: Initially the candidate will be managing one of two projects; either a multimillion pound new build office (£25m M&E package) or a high-end new build apartment block.
Requirements:
- Experience managing M&E projects from inception to completion
- Previous experience managing commercial and residential projects
- Experience managing teams of people
- Thorough knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrial however candidates with a slight bias will also be considered.
- Right to work in the UK
- Main contractor or large specialist sub-contractor background
