Job Description: * Carry out Mechanical duties for Building Maintenance
* Knowledge of computerised PPM systems with the ability to document, record and log information and results
* Knowledge of 'permit to work' systems and compliance with prescribed maintenance standards and good industry practice
* First Aid trained advantageous
* Co-ordinate work for EMCOR sub-contractors
* Ensure Attainment of customer satisfaction
* Will be required to work shift system and carry out emergency call-out duties on a rota basis
* To Comply with client and EMCOR Facilities Services company rules and maintain a high standard of discipline and dress
* Good inter-personal skills, to liaise directly with management, sub-contractors and customers
* Quality driven with the ability to make sound judgements
* Well organised with accurate report writing
* Reside locally - 30 minutes from site for emergency call out duties
* Acceptability to work flexible shifts
* Smart appearance, exhibits honesty and integrity
* Prepared to carry out Overtime when required
* Quality driven with the ability to make sound judgements

Qualifications and Experience:* Experience of building services maintenance, ideally multi-faceted with good cross-over skills
* Qualified in Domestic and Commercial gas service and Installation
* Trained to a minimum Technical grade in Mechanical discipline
* Knowledge of Building Management Systems and their implementation
* Understanding of Basic Health & Safety
* To be able to work as a team player
* Good fault finding and diagnostic skills
Other factors:
* Requires regular overtime working
* Requires participation in a Call Out arrangement
* Flexible working
* Electrical 17th edition IEE regulations
* Ability to partake in call out rota
* Full clean driving licence
