Job Description: Work in partnership with the Maintenance Planner to the agreed schedules and workflow of maintenance activities, shift supervision aligned to our client's business needs, to include the following: -
* Maintenance supervision
* Assist with BMS strategy revision programme
* Monitor energy usage, identify trends to recommend potential savings
* Implementation of new working practices including the full integration of hand held technology to manage real time reporting against the assets
* Asset hierarchy identification, co ordinate work flow
* Ensure accurate removal and addition to the client's asset list as required
* PPM plans
* Communicate and manage the change control process information to staff, client and customers
* Issue permits (AP duties)
* Supervision of sub contractors as required
* Produce life cycle cost information
* Warranty management
* Control the updating of Distribution board records as required
* Undertake toolbox talks and audits of completed MAXIMO work orders
* You will be required to promote quality customer service and feedback from all members of the team
* Provide technical engineering support to and provide cover for the Building Services Manager as required
* Direct the shift team responsible for service delivery in line with agreed SLAs / KPIs for breakdown response and maintenance of the buildings assets to the client's satisfaction
* Co-ordinate technical information from specialist subcontractors to assist with risk management to enable safe working procedures in accordance with the client's policies.
* Take responsibility for the Health & Safety compliance of the engineering operation and manage the electronic Permit to Work system. Ensure compliance with the Energy and Environmental policies and implement energy-efficient maintenance practices
* Adherence to Corporate Policies and Procedures. Supervision and control of staff. This will include their personal development, performance management, compliance training
* Deliver continuous improvement by employing best practice and innovative solutions.
