Job Description: The person will be required to be IT literate and very familiar with all Microsoft Office packages as well as having experience of database systems. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a telecoms or technology type sales business.
Duties Include;
* To assist in the preparation of marketing and other client literature to ensure proper communication with them.
* To answer telephones as a priority within the business.
* To work with the Business Account Managers to ensure legible, accurate and prompt provision of client information.
* To undertake general reception and other admin duties as required.
* Updating the Stock and Commissions Database.
* To undertake a weekly stock count.
* Maintenance of hard copy filing system.
* Receive and despatch stock as appropriate.
* To liaise with mobile networks as appropriate.
* To provision new services utilising supplier web portals.
* To administer the on-line billing platform
* To utilise the stock and commission reconciliation database
* Other duties as from time to time advised
